Founded in 1998, Zizza Highway Services understands what quality is, and its importance in business and the workplace.

Zizza Highway Services (ZHS) has been in business since 1998 as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Diverse Business Enterprise (DBE).  The business was founded and continues to be managed by Arlene Zizza, and her husband Mike, who had previously owned a street sweeping business in Delaware County, PA. 

 

Our core business is in providing reliable skilled labor for: tree & brush removal, landscaping, herbicide application, storm cleanup and flagging/gang watchman services and janitorial services.  We provide a wide array of services to a variety of customer types such as: Railroads, Highways, Rights of Way, State Departments of Transportation,  and other Commercial & Governmental entities. Additionally, we provide Landscaping Services to Residential, Commercial and Property Management companies.

 

Our company always strives to exceed quality standards and provide efficient, experienced and qualified personnel, processes and services to all our clients and partners. We feel that a good quality control program starts with the owners and management. Our owners and managers are trained in the same programs as our employees. We feel this assures a better understanding between the two, which has allowed us to deliver superior results as well as generated two decades of repeat customers!!   We also understand the importance of how quality control affects the relationship between buyers, primes and sub-contractors.
